I wish to provide all clients with a smooth and well-satisfied service therefore, it is very important that all terms and conditions are read thoroughly to avoid cancellations or rescheduling. Once an appointment is booked this means you have read & agree with all the information provided.
What to know before I book
When Are Your Slots Released ?
All slots are released a month in advance, on the 15th of every month at 8pm. (I.e. Slots for January will be released on the 15th of December at 8pm).
Do I need to pay a deposit ?
Before booking a slot you will be asked to make a Β£20 deposit to secure your booking with me. This deposit is non- refundable & will be taken off the remaining balance of your appointment.
What if I do not see the date I want to book?
In the event that you do not see a slot it means that my standard booking times for that date is either fully booked or I do not have availability for the desired date. Please do not email requesting for availability during my standard working hours for that date as you will be directed back to this booking page. Please only email for booking requests for 8am or 6pm premium slots for. General bookings cannot be made through email!
Can I book Premium or Out of Hours appointments?
A premium slot is considered to be any slot that is outside of our 8hr daily working hours (10am-6pm) I.e 8am or 6pm slots. There will be an additional charge of Β£30. Please note that this is subject to seasonal pricing & bank holiday bookings.
Booking during the dates between December 15th - December 31st will be classed as a premium appointment as it falls during our seasonal period.
Please E-mail for all premium and emergency slot bookings.
Do I need to bring my hair in advance ?
Please note that for all bookings requiring a wig, a frontal or closure, I should have received the hair at least 3-5 days prior to your appointment. If you cannot provide the hair in this time a Β£20 late drop off fee will be added to your appointment. It is highly recommended that you drop off hair in person to avoid packages being lost in the post!
Please note that when dropping off your hair it is important that you include a note with your full name alongside the appointment date & time in the packaging.

Do I need to Measure my head?
Please note that I ask for the head measurements of all clients, if you drop the hair off to me in person your head measurements will be taken on the day. However, when posting the hair to me I would also need your head measurements, full name and date of your appointment. If you are unaware of how to take these measurements please e-mail & I can assist you.
purchasing the correct frontal
When purchasing a frontal it is extremely important for the lace to match ones skin tone.
I only accept pre plucked frontals and all full lace wigs must have a density between 130-250%.
It is important to get a good quality lace to avoid difficulty when it is being installed. The lace should be thin and soft, and the hairline should NOT be dense or too full. You must also ensure you pick the correct colour lace to match your scalp or skin tone**.** The lace should not be stained from hair dye.
If the lace does not match you your appointment will be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.

Is there a late fee ?
I offer a 15 minute grace period to all clients, please also allow this for myself as I may be taking pictures or finishing up when you arrive. There is a cafe in the reception where you are welcome to relax and wait before I begin your appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late please be aware that your appointment could be cancelled with your deposit forfited & you will be requested to reschedule to the next available slot.
Can i cancel my appointment ?
Please note that due to the nature of my services I follow a non-negotiable cancellation policy. All clients are given a grace period of 72 hours to cancel or reschedule their appointments-In an event where appointments are cancelled or rescheduled outside of this time frame there is Β£50 GBP cancellation or rescheduling fee.
No show appointments without communication will automatically be blocked off the system followed by a charge of the cancellation fee.
All clients wishing to cancel their appointments are responsible of making sure that it is done within the 72 hour time period via link in the confirmation email
This policy is to ensure fairness for all clients who wish to book. It is also there to uphold respect for both client and stylists time & availability.
HAIR
Please note that I provide luxury virgin bundles. I recommend them to be purchased with the service to guarantee a flawless finish. Hair should be purchased separately from the service. Please take our shipping times into consideration when planning to use our hair for a service. We recommend you purchase in advance to avoid any disappointments.
